I recommend Texas Tires to anyone. Jay was very helpful in the process. He assisted me on finding the right tires and wheels. They got my truck looking good. If you looking rims and tires this is the best spot for it.

I purchased after market wheels for my 99 Miata and my first instinct was to go to Discount Tire. Being a reputable tire dealer I would expect the basic tire install procedures. Discount Tire did not correctly balance and had my rotational tires the wrong way. In addition each tire was a different psi. After correction I noticed vibration at 70-80 mph for a month and tried adjusting different tire pressures to fix the issue. I pulled into Texas Tire for the first time and they have the road force balance machine that detects and corrects tire balance on the mark much better than the standard balance machine and a must if you have coil over suspension . The balance machine will put resistance on the tire to better detect high and low areas of the wheel and tire. Went to many shops by 303 and cooper and none had one. The techs informed me that the balance was off and corrected the issue. After completion, I took it down 1-20 and booked it over 100 mph with no vibrations and drives perfect. I personally drove back to Texas Tire to personally thank them. These guys are not your typical hole in the wall shop and exceeds professional tire shop standards. As a professional electrician

Texas Tire is the place to go. They really went the extra mile by working directly with my extended warranty company to make sure my tires were covered. Their communication was top-notch—they kept me updated every step of the way. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Highly recommend! Big thanks to Dulie.

Excellent customer service. Staff was very kind and attentive . There was a great selection to choose from. There was something for everybodys taste . get your rims at Texas tires !!!!!!!

Texas Tires in Arlington is definitely setting the standard when it comes to customer service. I stopped in for a simple tire patch, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The gentleman at the front was courteous, communicative, and took great care of me. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who shared that he had recently opened this location. After a brief conversation about tires, he came back and told me my tire patch was on the house. He even took the time to sit down, chat with me, and explain that his goal isn’t to take advantage of people he simply wants to earn their business. He may have saved me $20 to $25 today, but in doing so, he gained a loyal customer. I’ll absolutely be returning when it’s time for new tires. If you’re looking for honest service and people who truly care, I highly recommend Texas Tires in Arlington.
